Attention Psychiatry provides outpatient psychiatric services, which may include:

- Clinical follow-up care
- Limited supportive psychotherapy (if applicable)
We do not provide emergency psychiatric services or inpatient care.
No Emergency Services
Our Practice is not an emergency or crisis service.
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, you agree to:
- Call 911, or
- Go to the nearest emergency room, or
- Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
Do not use our website, email, or patient portal for emergencies.
Medical Disclaimer

Establishing care with Attention Psychiatry does not guarantee specific outcomes. Treatment results vary based on individual response, diagnosis, and adherence to care plans.
Patient Relationship
A provider-patient relationship is only established after:
- Completion of an intake evaluation
- Agreement to treatment terms
- Acceptance into care by the provider
Submitting a request for services does not guarantee acceptance into treatment.
Appointments and Scheduling
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:
- Appointments are reserved specifically for you
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in fees
- Arrival late may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions
- Repeated missed appointments may impact continuation of care

Payment Responsibility
You agree to:
- Pay for all services provided by Attention Psychiatry
- Be responsible for copays, deductibles, and non-covered services
- Maintain a valid card on file for billing purposes
- Pay outstanding balances as outlined in our financial policy
Failure to meet financial obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Insurance Disclaimer
We may accept insurance; however:
- Coverage is not guaranteed
- You are responsible for verifying your benefits
- You are responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance provider
Insurance authorization does not guarantee payment.
Controlled Substances
If prescribed controlled medications, you agree to comply with all treatment requirements, including:
- Regular follow-up visits
- Prescription monitoring (PDMP) checks
- Urine drug screening when clinically appropriate
- Safe and responsible medication use
Controlled medications will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or misused.
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or patient portals
- Use website content for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information through forms
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or services if misuse occurs.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate the provider-patient relationship when clinically or administratively appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Noncompliance with treatment
- Repeated missed appointments
- Nonpayment of balances
- Inappropriate or disruptive behavior
When possible, appropriate notice and referral options will be provided.

We may use third-party platforms (such as EHR systems, billing systems, or telehealth tools) to support care delivery.
These vendors are required to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, but we are not responsible for their independent policies or actions.
